|Title||VP / Commercial Loan Officer – 1794|
To develop new commercial business (C&I – CRE) focusing on middle market companies in the greater Burlington / #128 marketplace. Annual sales will range from $5MM to $100MM with loan size ranging from $1MM up to $20MM , averaging $5MM – $7MM. Manage existing portfolio of accounts as well as cross sell bank products and services. Attend to the needs of customers seeking loans or lines of credit on terms that involve significant amounts of unsecured funds and/or credit secured by mortgages or other collateral. Guide the credit department or junior offices in the development and analysis of financial background data for new or renewed loans. Make decisions on loans and terms within established lending limits, or makes recommendations to a superior.
|Qualifications & Requirements||
7-10+ yrs. exp. in commercial lending (C&I – CRE) with solid credit and proven business development skills. Formal Credit Trained, 4 yr. degree MBA a plus. Local contacts preferred. Record of success in developing, maintaining and closing new business.
