|Title||VP / Commercial Loan Officer – 1769|
Call on companies with annual revenues of $10MM-$100MM. Loan size will range from $1MM to $10MM. Geographic calling market will be the greater Charleston market. Maintain and develop network of referral sources for new business and cross-sell bank’s products and services. Manage loan growth and may handle the relationships for the more complex / larger commercial loans. Work with the Group Manager or Market Manager and Credit Officers during the underwriting and approval process. Oversees the loan portfolio to ensure credit quality and appropriate controls are in place. Supervises and mentors subordinate Loan Officers and Analysts promoting teamwork within the organization, while serving as a financial counselor for their commercial clients.
|Qualifications & Requirements||
7-10+ years related experience in commercial lending, CRE & C&I, 4 yr. degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, Formal Credit Trained preferred. Strong understanding of commercial business development techniques and credit decisions. Demonstrated business development track record. Strong market presence with wide network of outside referral sources. Demonstrated credit and financial analysis skills.
