‪‪Responsible, through a process of independent, internal review, assessment, and analysis; to identify, evaluate, and report on credit risk exposure in the commercial loan portfolio. ‬‬Maintains ongoing communications with the Chief Risk Officer, Chief Commercial Banking Officer, and Commercial Loan Department regarding credit analysis and loan review results. ‬‬‪‪  Manages the credit pipeline for new loan proposals requiring write-up and analysis, as well as annual review assignments. Assigns credit reviews for proposed new loan relationships, loan renewals, loan modifications, and workout related strategies. ‬‬Performs credit write-ups and annual loan reviews for the more complex, commercial loan relationships, including Commercial & Industrial loan related proposals. ‬‬ Reviews loan proposals to ensure that the proper structure and covenants are present. Works with the credit analysts and the loan officers to strengthen and adjust structures and covenants in a mutually agreeable fashion. ‬‬ ‪‪Responsible for managing and providing oversight, supervision, and training for the commercial credit analysts. ‬‬  ‪‪Manages the commercial appraisal ordering and review process in compliance with regulatory guidelines including USPAP, FIRREA, and internal appraisal policies. ‬‬

7-10+ yrs. exp. in progressively responsible positions in credit analysis / lending, with significant exposure to commercial and industrial loan analysis and portfolio reporting. 4 yr. degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, MBA a plus. Formal Credit Trained preferred. Ability to complete complex credit analyses and to write thorough and comprehensive loan summaries. Strong analytical skills along with a solid understanding of financial accounting. Thorough knowledge of the Bank’s lending products, credit analysis, policies and procedures.
