To develop new commercial business focusing on companies in the greater#495 – #128 belt / Boston / Metrowest marketplace. Annual sales will range from $5MM to $100MM with loan size ranging from $1MM up to $25MM , averaging $5MM – $7MM. Prepare and present loan proposals to management and board level committees. Manage existing portfolio of accounts as well as cross sell bank products and services.
|Qualifications & Requirements||
7-10+ yrs. exp. in commercial lending with a track record in new business development. Ability to build strong relationships and alliances across the organization, ability to adapt to change, ability to multi-task, reliable and highly self-motivated. 4 yr. degree, MBA a plus. Formal Credit Trained preferred, with knowledge of C & I lending policies and procedures. Local contacts in market preferred
