|Title||Commercial Credit Manager – 1789|
Responsibilities in credit underwriting and loan origination system management. The incumbent must plan, coordinate, and manage the activities of the Credit Analyst Team in conformance with established Bank policies, procedures and objectives. Responsible for staffing, performance reviews, promotion and salary recommendations, terminations and mentoring of credit analysts. Coordinates and/or conducts all training activities/programs for the credit analysts to develop and analyze credit and financial performance information pertaining to all types of commercial lending accounts. Conducts final review of the underwriting performed by credit analysts before a lender review. Manages workflow of the credit underwriting and assigns the tasks to the appropriate employees.
|Qualifications & Requirements||
5-7+ yrs. exp. in the commercial lending field in either lending, portfolio management, risk review or credit analysis management. Must have strong computer skills, strong organizational and communication skills, strong credit and risk assessment skills. 4 yr. degree, MBA a plus, Formal Credit Training a plus.
