|Title||AVP / VP Team Leader / Credit – 1768|
Provides senior level credit analysis support, manages analysis request workflow of one to two regional lending centers while supervising supporting analysts in the Credit Department. Duties will include analysis of the Banks’ most complex relationships, as well as reviewing team analyst analyses and providing guidance to team analysts on policy, procedures, and analysis issues. The Team Leader will be responsible for approval of all team analyses within the exposure limits allowed by loan policy. The Team Leader will have up to three direct reports which they will be responsible for regular HR and personnel management with the assistance of the Commercial Credit Officer including interviewing when open positions exist, training and development, annual performance reviews, time cards and vacation tracking, and coaching.
|Qualifications & Requirements||
5-7+ yrs. exp. in credit analysis or portfolio mgt. in commercial lending. 4 yrs. degree in finance / accounting, MBA a plus. Formal Credit Trained preferred, superior analytical skills and oral/written communication skills. Previous management exp. a plus. Solid PC skills with strong working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Horizon Ability to multi-task production and management functions.
