Our client seeks a Senior Commercial Underwriter that can grow into a Manager role. They have a fun, laid back working environment. Duties include:

*Prepare credit write-ups for commercial loans up to $4M
*File UCCs, perform audits/appraisals with third-parties and clear for making recommendations for loan approval
*Analyze cash flow and client receivables, working capital and inventory for loan verification
*Coordinate the initial funding and related reconciliation of deposits and funding memos

Qualified applicants must possess a minimum of:

*3 or more years of recent commercial underwriting experience
*strong financial statement analysis knowledge including work capital
*Bachelor degree in Finance or related field preferred
